Mindful Parenting Course (online)

The original Mindful Parenting eight-week course was designed to help parents or carers develop stronger bonds with their children and take better care of themselves. It was derived from the eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes also incorporating Kristen Neffs work on Compassion.
