Mindfulness Practice Session

This longer session of practice will include a number of Mindfulness practices such as
- Body Scan
- Breathing Meditation
- Mindful Movement
- Loving Kindness
as well as the opportunity to reflect with periods of silence.
This session is for those who have a regular mindfulness practice
