Do you want to create some space to nurture your mind and body and set some small healthy habits for your well-being?
This three hour online session will include a combination of meditation and mindful movement alongside intention setting and time for reflection and sharing (only what you are comfortable to).

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and have whatever you need to support your body at hand.
