Mindfulness Taster Online

This online session (via zoom) is for anyone who is interested in mindfulness and in particular those thinking of attending an eight-week course. It will include a bit about what mindfulness is, how it can help, a meditation and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

There is no formal charge for this session, suggested donation is £5-10 depending on financial circumstances
