Mindfulness Half Day Practice Session

We will be creating retreat like conditions for this afternoon of practice.
The afternoon will include a number of Mindfulness practices such as;
- Body Scan
- Mindfulness of Breathing
- Mindful Movement
- Loving Kindness Meditation
as well as the opportunity to reflect with periods of silence.
This session is for those who are familiar with mindfulness meditation and have a regular meditation practice
