In this workshop we will spend a few hours really connecting with our mind and body through yoga and meditation.
We will start with a compassionate body scan and end with a kindness meditation with Leonie leading two gentle yoga sessions in between. There will also be an introduction to the body’s emotional regulation systems and the benefits of spending time in the green circle.
