Mindfulness Practice Session

In this workshop we will explore how bringing more awareness to our experience can give us the potential to bring more happiness, freedom and kindness into our lives.
We will learn a bit about the ideas and neuroscience that support Mindfulness and and we will try out a number of practices such as the following
- Mindfulness of Breathing
- Mindful Movement
- Mindful walking
- Kindness Practice
There will be plenty of time for reflection and questions and I promise a warm and friendly vibe!
This Workshop is suitable for those in need of a refresher as well as those new to Mindfulness practice.
