Mindfulness Meditation Practice Session

This session is for those familiar with Mindfulness meditation who would like to practice in a group.The session will not include any teaching.
The session will involve some of the following practices
Body Scan, Mindfulness of Breathing, Walking Meditation, Mindful Movement, Kindness Practice.
There will be guidance and time for reflection after each practice.
There are six places and the cost is £12
