This workshop aims to give you simple and effective mindfulness exercises that you can enjoy on the day and then continue practising regularly at home. You can look forward to a calm and relaxing day for both body and mind, to help recharge your batteries. No previous experience of Mindfulness is needed. The day will involve some gentle yoga type movement and some seated movement as well as meditation.

Union St is located in the city centre, close to the Peace Gardens. You can bring a packed lunch to eat at the venue, or pop out for a sandwich as preferred. Hot drinks/herbal teas will be provided along with mats, cusions and blankets. Please wear warm layers that are easy to move in, such as jogging pants, leggings, t shirt and sweater etc.
