January can be a time for reflections and for setting intentions for the year ahead. I have already made some big changes in moving towards where I want to be which is putting mindfulness at the centre of both my work and personal life.
On Friday I was at Union St recording a video about mindbodyfeeling promoting a new course and a new Tuesday evening drop in meditation session both starting in February. I had the usual buzz when I was there of being part of something greater and feeling inspired by the creativity that surrounds the place.
The flyer and video should both be ready next week so I’ll put them up as soon as they are ready
