Mindfulness Taster Session

Are you interested in Mindfulness?
This taster session will be an opportunity to find out more about what Mindfulness is and isn’t as well as the many benefits. You will be led in a couple of Mindfulness practices (Mindful eating and Breathing) and there will be plenty of space for questions. There will also be suggestions for bringing Mindfulness into your everyday life.
I am an accredited Mindfulness teacher which means that I have undertaken a comprehensive teacher training programme and can deliver eight-week accredited programmes. I am a listed teacher with The British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches (BAMBA) which means I meet the requirements of the good practice guidelines for Mindfulness teachers.
There is no charge for the session but donations will be invited with a suggested donation of up to £10 for those in full time employment.
