Mindfulness Practice Session (half day)

March 28, 2020 @ 9:15 am - 12:30 pm

This will be a half day of Mindfulness Meditation practices held mostly in silence. It will include Sitting meditations as well as some Mindful Movement and Walking.

The session is for people who have completed an eight-week Mindfulness Course

This session is not charged however donations are invited from anyone who is not attending the current course.

(Suggested donation of £5 – £25 depending on income)
