Mindfulness Practice Session

This evening Mindfulness Practice Session is for those who would like to be guided in mindfulness meditation and practice within a group setting. The session will offer a combination of guided mindfulness practices from the following Breathing, Movement, Walking, Kindness and may involve sitting, standing or lying.
