Mindfulness and Movement Workshop

Mindful Movement

“It is as natural for the body to move as it is to breathe” Vidyamala Burch

This workshop is for people who have some experience of Mindfulness and would like to experience a combination of lying, sitting and standing meditation and movement.

The movements will be gentle and are based on yoga and pilates. The focus will be on awareness and moving with the breath. When we learn to move with the breath we can really inhabit our body with awareness. Each movement sequence will be followed by a meditation.
