Free Mindfulness Taster

FreeWhy not come along and find out a bit about what mindfulness is and isn’t and how it can help you to manage stress.
This taster is for people who are thinking of booking on an eight-week course or who just want to find out a little bit more and try guided mindfulness practices in a group setting
There are only 10 spaces available and they are free so please book only if you can come so that the spaces are not wasted.
